Lauren Bradfield is a qualified teacher with a BEd: Foundation Phase and ECD, as well as a BEd (Hons): Learning Support from the University of Pretoria. With 10 years of experience teaching young learners, she is passionate about making education fun and interactive. As Co-Founder and COO of Book Village, Lauren has helped thousands of children access structured reading support. A fellow in Injini’s Mastercard Foundation EdTech Fellowship Program, she works to scale innovative literacy solutions. At Paired Education, Lauren leads the educational vision, ensuring high-quality, engaging learning experiences for every child.

Sarah Bradfield

Sarah Bradfield is an EdTech innovator, Co-Founder, and CEO of Book Village, an organisation dedicated to improving literacy through accessible reading programs. With 20 years of experience teaching thousands of children to read through non-profits, she has deep expertise in effective reading instruction.
